Circuit Training: Circuit training consists of alternating aerobic, anaerobic and resistance training.

Aerobics: 1 hour class of aerobics taking the format: Warm-up, Pre-stretch, Cool down, Post-stretch

Boxercise>A fitness class which incorporates a number of boxing techniques and moves without physical contact. It focuses on upper body conditioning, working the arms, abs, chest and shoulders, while the lower body works aerobically. It also improves levels of co-ordination and concentration
